▷ Brave (2012) concept art of Merida and the bear
Just love the graphic quality of this. Great shapes and colours, with simplicity. Less is more.
More like an extended scene than a trailer…still great to watch.
New Brave Poster
Is this new animated movie poster day? First Frankenweenie, now Brave…
Definitely looking forward to this one.
(edit: possibly a new BRAVE trailer tomorrow, woooooo!)
New images for Brave, Frankenweenie and Rise Of The Guardians
Since I’m not posting any drawings right now, I’ll keep on rambling and sharing images for upcoming animated films.
One new from Brave- I just love the details on her bow. The background characters seem to have a nice wide variety of looks
A few images from Burton’s upcoming Frankenweenie were out there, but this is a new one. If any of you remember the old “Family Dog” animated series, you may see some similarities in the design of the dog, and with good reasons: Burton did designs for Family Dog.
Last one is a concept painting by Jayee Borcar for Rise Of The Guardians. Still no images from the film itself (we’re one year away) but…darn t, I am completely biased and had to share it again, ha ha!
Animated movies of 2012.
Note: Currently, not all posters are final and not all productions have posters out yet.
All titles and dates are for North American releases. This list does not mention European or other International productions that may be distributed in the US, making this list even longer. It will be a great year for animated films!
